DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
DESCRIPTION: Delivers in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, import and export, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure. Environment for delivery is outside the US and also coordinating import/export activity. Specific duties include: leading and preparation of the capital forecast, managing capital budget against forecast, assist in development of and adherence to policies and procedures, and contractual obligations on the account, liaise with project delivery teams outside of the US, train and mentor teams in standard delivery process. Project types vary yet majority are interior tenant improvements in excess of $1M. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: Provide professional project planning support and management for all assigned projects as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan. Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including but not limited to: Project Meeting Minutes, drafting of Project Work Orders, Project Purchase Orders, Service Contracts and Change Orders, verification of appropriate Vendor Insurance Certificates, execution of Project Status Updates, and executing Vendor Close-Out Letters. Contract negotiation/verification. Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. This includes but is not limited to the Program Managers, Business Unit Managers, On-Site Business/Campus Planners, IT, Building Operations and Maintenance and Security. EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS KEY COMPETENCIES |
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT A degree in Project Management or related field or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of ten (10) years, four of which must be related to all aspects of Design/Construction/Project Management. In addition, the Project Manager will be experienced in export/import and qualified in leading and managing projects outside of the US. |
