Position Summary:
Summary:
The Performance Manager has responsibility for Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, as well as the Account’s technology and performance support programs. BI touches all aspects of Account service delivery. Driving efficiency, accurate reporting and analytics are critical components to the success of the Account. Expanding the use of technology to gain efficiency and use of analytics and reporting capability through the use of technology are key deliverables of this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence and Performance
- Primarily through the use of Corrigo, translate Client and Account business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy for the Account (Retail/Gross and P&DC/Data Centers). This should strategy should align for all Client Contracts respective to the Account
- Develop data management and interpretation skills in the Account team, including predictive modeling and simulation techniques for performance improvement
- Possess a deep understanding of the Account’s Key Performance Indicators, reporting requirements and Client expectations, apply these to technology, data and reporting
- Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from the Account
- Routine networking outside the Account to understand the best practices for Corrigo and other data/analytics and reporting tools and technology. Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies in work process and reporting for the Account
- Work with the Account team to understand reporting requirements and needs, support as needed to ensure timely and accurate data/reporting
- Clear understanding of the Account’s Prime Contract compliance requirements and work to support these through technology
Data Management
- Ensure all system data is accurate – challenge data as needed to ensure accuracy
- Understand “Property Hub” to ensure like data in all systems is aligned
- Proactively identify opportunities for improved data reporting through clear understanding of Client and Account goals and objectives
- Ensure alignment with Corporate requirements around data naming conventions, preventive maintenance schedules and other data points as applicable
Technology
- Lead IT strategy for the Account
- Ensure information security compliance for all JLL technology implementations
- Act as Program Lead for technology related projects and initiatives
Leadership
- Identify savings and improvement opportunities, and problems requiring innovative solutions
- Routine report-outs to colleagues, and Account management ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times
- Establish formalized project plans noting stakeholders, milestones and goals for major project work (to be determined in collaboration with Manager)
- Ensure Account Operations team is knowledgeable in the use of Corrigo and other systems as needed to perform their roles at a high level
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate has a degree in Technology and/or 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in Real Estate management is preferred
- Strong organization skills and analytical ability (detail driven), self-starter and ability to maintain a high level of momentum in an independent work environment
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategic and tactical
- Excellent problem solving capability
- Ability to switch focus and reprioritize a changing list of deliverables based on Account needs while maintaining focus to all initiatives to expedite progress in all areas
- Proven ability to successfully manage and execute projects and deliver results in challenging environments
- Knowledge of Corrigo, Microsoft applications (i.e. Access and Excel)applications PPT and Access are required
