Position Summary:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a VIRTUAL position and open to Chicago, Dallas, and St Louis locations.
SUMMARY
Currently, we are seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our Corporate Solutions team in South Central, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast. The PC will support high-profile, dynamic, fast-paced commercial real estate design and construction projects. Project types involve award-winning spaces for a financial services/technology firm. This position will be based at the Client’s corporate offices. The JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) team provides end-to-end project management services including all accounting and auditing functions associated with the capital projects and the use of dynamic real-time project management software platform.
The PC will be part of a project management team comprised of a National Lead, Regional Lead, Senior Project Managers and Project Managers working as an integrated team with other JLL Service Providers in Facility Management, Engineering, Space Planning and Move Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the project management team throughout the project life cycle (Initiate, Plan, Design, Construct and Project Close).
- Proactively manage project-related issues.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and Project Manager Support requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology in support of the regional platform.
- Provide project management support in accordance with the guidelines and requirements established by the Project Management Office.
- Utilize PDS technology to support account related metrics involving schedule and financial performance, data integrity, procurement and compliance.
- Ensure all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, account finance team and/or the Regional Operations Manager.
