Client Support Coordinator

Position Summary:

ATG, a JLL company, a professional services firm, has an immediate opening for a Client Training Coordinator to support our ATG clients in customer service and training. This position is located in Lombard, IL.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Providing both web-based (via WebEx) and on-site training to clients in the use of our Solutions (some out of town travel required)
  • Providing client support and assistance for web-based solutions and use of mobile devices
  • Assisting with setup and maintenance of Projects for new and existing clients
  • Interacting with our business development and project management staff on client-related matters
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree
  • Minimum 2 years of client training/support experience
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Must be a team player, quick learner, detail-oriented, well organized, and have problem solving/analytical skills

HOURS
  • Some out of town travel required
