Phase I - Overall responsibility for the selection and implementation of technology and infrastructure to support PMO
Utilizing team input and defined business goals, research, evaluate and recommend technology solution to enable PMO workflow
Develop and execute technology implantation plan of approved solutions
Engage key stakeholders and deliver effective change and progress the team community culture
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement those fixes
Work with vendors and other IT staff for project development and problem resolution
Phase II – Ensure reliability of technology and infrastructure
Day to day management of technology tools
Identifies and documents training requirements and develops or acquires appropriate training materials
Escalates technology and infrastructure issues through to resolution
Build a network of relationships across diverse IT groups and global specialty boards
Ensure continuous improvement across key infrastructure and technology activities, and work with various IT teams to support these initiatives
Works across the IT and Corporate Solutions to share CS PMO innovative ideas, best practices and leveraging learnings of other teams to updates PMO team regularly
Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent Leadership qualities – conflict/issue resolution, team management and relationship building
Must possesses strong working knowledge of and experience with the following:
Must have SharePoint knowledge and experience
Project Management experience with MS Project Online
Excellent communication and consensus building skills
Self-directed and able to achieve results through a matrix team
Proven capabilities and success in managing in a matrixed organization
