IFM Deployment Manager (Virtual)

Position Summary:

SUMMARY
The primary functions for this position include project management, client management and team leadership.  The position involves coordinating with marketing and new business pursuit leads on new business proposals and presentations.
 
This position balances scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.  In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team based.   This position reports to the Deployment Lead.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Estimate costs, define and implement project plans in accordance with client’s needs as early as pre-selling activities, through transition, optimization and transformation.
  • Structure and lead project teams to ensure maximum performance. 
  • Provide purpose, direction and motivation to team.
  • Conduct MSA review with AD, Account and Transition Teams.
  • Cultivate client expectations on transition/optimization/transformation deliverables.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives including detail understanding of client deliverables and success criteria.
  • Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client transition and business goals.
  • Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team.
  • Mentor, coach and guide project team members.
  • Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction during transition and optimization process.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably across multiple functional areas
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Must have excellent leadership, team management, and relationship building skills.
  • Solid program management and problem solving skills with the ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client business goals. 
  • Self-directed and the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down in the organization.
  • Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
  • Excellent business and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities with strong organizational skills.
 
TRAVEL
  • Approximately 50% travel required.
