Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
This role will collaborate and partner with leaders for our Capital Markets and Hotels and Hospitality businesses to provide both strategic and tactical support to many unique and challenging business scenarios. The right candidate will possess strong project management, organization and planning skills, in order to partner with the business to develop and lead a global team of HR business partners to drive talent strategies throughout the global business.
These two core global businesses are currently at different places in the business cycle in performance and maturity, and the right candidate will know how to address the needs of each business, find synergies between the businesses and provide for the needs of each business where they currently are in their growth.
