Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
Currently, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager (PM) to join our Project & Development Services team. Our Project & Development Services (PDS) division handles construction project management oversight for a wide array of properties and projects. This position will be focusing on specific management within an industrial warehouse distribution center environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments.
- Oversee contractors and progress of work
- Manage production rates
- Program management
- Production planning
- Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
- Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
- Conduct and document all weekly meetings.
- Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s. Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
- Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions.
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.
- Work closely with Client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements relative to design, construction and occupancy of their facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in project management with knowledge of industrial engineering, inventory and production management, operations management, robotics, material handling equipment or other similar disciplines.
- Manufacturing and/or warehouse and distribution experience preferred, but not required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to review and interpret plans and specifications from schematic design/design phase
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
- Ability to understand all aspects of installation projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, and close-out.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
- Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
- OSHA Safety 40 Training class desired but not preferred
HOURS | TRAVEL
- Flexibility with work hours
- Travel as needed.
