Manager HR Analytics

Position Summary:

SUMMARY
The Manager of HR Analytics will partner with the Americas HR Team by using insights gained through data to develop solutions to meet the ever-changing needs HR and the Executive team. Through the use of standard reporting as well as ad hoc analytical requests, it will work with the Global HR & Data team to further the development of the Global Platform to support the strategic vision of the HR Analytical function.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
  • Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas to promote data governance, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
  • Works with other HR functions to serve as the key representative to the external benchmarks and surveys supporting the HR function.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related discipline coupled with a minimum 7 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with a minimum of 9 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, SAS or similar programs
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools, a plus.
  • HRIS Systems Experience such as Kenexa 2XBR or PeopleSoft, Workday experience, a plus
  • People management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating papers/presentations with MS Office
