You’ll need to stay one step ahead, and proactively identify client needs, in order to offer the best client support possible.

GLOBAL REWARD AND RECOGNITION PROGRAM
Playing a key role in our Global Reward and Recognition Program,  you will serve as system administrator for Global Reward & Recognition Program. You’ll need to develop cross-regional relationships with various business lines to understand their current recognition systems – and act as an advocate for the global program. You’ll be in charge of recurring data input and output feeds between the internal JLL system and external vended platform. This includes:

  • Auditing data regularly to ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring the structure and details of the feed supports local recognition program requirements

You’ll design dashboards and reports within the recognition system, and report on how the system is being utilized, how well it works, spend, and other factors. You will be the global subject matter expert, and an analytic resource for local markets. You’ll also manage the vendor relationship, including billing and invoicing, and assist in designing an automated process for invoice distribution. You’ll provide support in future implementation initiatives by understanding requirements, consulting on best practices, and partnering with our vendor to guarantee successful configuration and launch.

COMPENSATION PROCESS IMPROVEMENT | GLOBAL REWARDS
In this role, you’ll be supporting the system-enabled HR transformation project (AIM2020). Because of this, you’ll have to ensure solid understanding and documentation of the current state of our regional processes. You’ll also develop communications and end-user training.

JLL CAREER MAP FRAMEWORK
You’ll provide support for local career map/job leveling implementation projects, ensuring a consistent message and methodology. You’ll act as a consultant to local resources. You’ll also provide job level recommendations to the Global Rewards leader, through gathering and documenting relevant job details. You’ll recommend, design and implement storage and maintenance solutions for these documented job details as well.
