Program Project Management Lead

Position Summary:
SUMMARY
The AIM2020 Program PMO is responsible for Program Status Reporting, Program governance, Issue / Risk Management, Deliverables Tracking, Planning and Resourcing. This role is critical in supporting the Program Director coordinate the AIM2020 Program. The role is varied and requires working to tight deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders within the program team and the wider JLL Business
- Direct and manage Finance and HR PMO Groups
- Liaise and Coordinate with External Consulting partners’ PwC.
PROGRAM OFFICE
- Manage / Support development of Project Plans across Program
- Support the mobilization and orientation of the program team
- Work closely with change management teams
- Identify and manage the program dependencies
- Ownership & Management of Program Administration Standards via the Program Office
- Build and Manage Program Quality Control Processes
- Create, Monitor and Manage Program Control Framework
- Program Level Status Reporting
- Program Level Planning
- Program Control Meetings
- Ensure correct functioning of Design Authorities
- Ownership & maintenance of Program Level Project Plan
- Issues and Risk Tracking & Planning
- Assist & Support the Program Director
GOVERNANCE
- Ownership of PMO Playbook
- Implementation of control processes in PMO Playbook
- Maintenance and amendments to PMO Playbook
PROGRAM REPORTING
- Production of program steering committee and executive materials
- Production of program e reporting packs
- Critical review and assessment of work stream reporting
- Support Program Director to produce program presentations
STANDARDIZATION
- Create program reporting templates for use by PMO teams
- Drive standards across program Office
- Build and management change control processes
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- If applicable, provide leadership, management and coordination of program team involved in critical program activities
TEAMWORK
- Optimize and continually develop relationships with Finance and HR teams to facilitate accurate and on time reporting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience of being lead PMO on large Global Transformation program
- Proven track record across full Programme lifecycle ideally is different roles
- Experience of global cross-functional transformation programs
- Experience of large technology transformation programs
- Experience of leading and working with global/virtual/remote teams
- Experience of working in a matrix structure
- Preferable, experience in real estate

- High energy, tenacious with a passion to deliver
- Successful track record of delivering solutions to internal client base
- Able to work with a global organisation
- Organizational design and people capability building
- Ability to use business insights to drive change in people management practices
- Excellent communication (written and oral) abilities
- Ideally have knowledge of employee communications and engagement; ideally gained from a large company background
- Must have strong relationship skills
- Demonstration of strong planning skills and working under pressure
- Ability to work with potential resistance from stakeholders
- Microsoft Office proficient
- English – Fluent - Other languages welcome
