HR Transformation Project Manager

Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
JLL seeks an experienced HR project manager to join a global HR Transformation team. JLL’s is transforming current ways of working for HR and Finance across the globe. The goal is to the get more data, insights and effectiveness out of HR and Finance across all 80 markets and across 65,000 employees.
The scope of the program will be through a system enabled transformation - improve HR processes, create an effective HR organization and provide the business with real data and insights. The broad scope covers HR systems, HR Processes, Target Operating Models and Change Management to embed the new ways of working.
As Country Project manager, you will be responsible for project management of HR transformation activities within the US and Canada.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Plan in country completion of activities/deliverables as set by the program (country workshops, testing, training, change management activities, etc.)
- Identify risks/issues early and create mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate technical and program specific activities in country.
- Manage dependencies and resources in country.
- Collaborate with Process and Change leaders to complete program objectives and meet country needs.
- Manage stakeholders as appropriate
- Be a change agent for the program
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Project management capability/experience
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational complexities, issues, and challenges
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
