Program Lead – Virtual, Open to all US locations

Position Summary:

Immediate Areas of Focus/Expectations:
Skills, Experience and Technical expertise required will vary with the type of program (Transition, M&A, Migration or other Internal Initiative). However the following are the general requirements:
 

  • Is the key Client and Account Team Interface
  • Responsible for communicating committed deliverables and delivery plan
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of Account Services, Technology Migration, M&A or other initiative depending on the assignment
  • Day to day management of Program Team
  • Coordinates integration of BSUs and Service Line and escalates to PMO issues, delays or performance challenges
  • Escalates Program Issues to Resolution
  • Updates PMO regularly on program progress, issues, lessons learned and best practices
Experience & Qualifications:
 
  • Excellent Leadership qualities – conflict/issue resolution, team management and relationship building
  • Strong knowledge of Corrigo is needed
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Self-directed and able to manage a team including matrix partners
  • Proven capabilities and success in managing in a matrixed organization
  • Track record of building and driving high performance teams
  • Be able to balance operational, strategic and risk goals
