PURPOSE | |
To verify store order case counts, research and report discrepancies, and recap audit results for weekly reports. To perform cycle counts in home slot locations and reserves. | |
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: | |
Accountable and Reports to: Inventory Control Supervisor/ Inventory Control Manager | |
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: | |
· Verify total case count and specific items, assembled by warehouse assemblers to store invoice · Reconciles physical and financial inventories in LCS · Report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor · Recap audit results for weekly reporting · Compares and reconciles physical inventory cycle counts to those maintained in the inventory system · Completes appropriate research to determine cause as to why pallets cannot be slotted by the inventory system · Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure accurate inventory accountability · Completes warehouse case maintenance, i.e. physically measuring case dimensions, verifying slot heights and performing necessary computer entries · Makes entries for store returns and printing of various warehouse related reports | |

WORKING CONDITIONS: | |
· Work is performed in varying conditions; warehouse environment, warehouse temperatures ranging from -20 degrees through ambient outside temperatures over 80 degrees and temperature controlled office environment · Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal. Additionally, incumbent will be required to walk significant distances daily | |

· Incumbent may use computers, keyboards, tablets, calculators, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday | |
