We’ve created a 12 week Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students that put emphasis on personal growth and professional development. Throughout the summer, students have the opportunity to assume sole ownership of a designated project that can make a real impact on the business. Please note, projects may change based on business need to fit the direction of company objectives/

Merchandising Internships:  The Merchandising Team is looking for two inters to help Quill.com in key areas of merchandising such as Furniture and Operations.  Help identify what we need to be selling, how purchasing decisions are made, and who our true competition is in key brands and categories.  This will require a deep dive in to customer research, trends to put together a complete go to market plan.  Review additional programs that will make Quill.com best in class.  You will conduct competitive analysis, web content review, and brand review to win new business.

Basic Qualifications

• Enrolled at a 4 year institution
• Requires a GPA of 3.00 or higher 

Preferred Qualifications

• Junior or Senior year of college
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to provide recommendations
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
• Ability to work independently and effectively with others in a variety of settings
• Innovative & Creative!
• High Energy & Enthusiastic!
