Position Summary:

SUMMARY
JLL is seeking a dynamic, creative and motived digital and content marketing director to join our growing Global Digital Marketing Team. The role is strategic, global and is focused on transformation of our content marketing using digital channels.
 
The marketing director will lead the strategic transformation of our public web sites, working with internal and external experts.  The role will include working with external consultants to implement a new strategy to drive web site optimization, search engine marketing and integrated digital campaigns.   The digital and content marketing director will work directly and collaboratively with our global, regional and local marketing teams as well as our global digital practice leads, branding team and IT partners.
 
Specifically, the role will be responsible for the improvement of JLL content on digital channels. This will include the streamlining, development, packaging, accessibility, navigation and distribution of JLL content and messages through our corporate web sites and wider digital environment, including microsites, social media and blogs.
In this highly visible role, the digital and content marketing director will also be directly responsible for the worldwide co-ordination of marketing of global research content.
 
The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the digital content marketing, digital platforms and channels – as well as a proven track record of developing and leading digital initiatives across complex organizations with high levels of content. 
 
The candidate should have experience working with an enterprise CMS platforms, multiple forms of content, digital marketing campaign planning and implementation (including managing SEO and SEM programs).
Digital design and experience of managing digital agency partners is also required.  The individual should be a creative thinker and have a passion for transformation, change and innovation.

The role reports directly to the Global CMO of JLL, with a matrix to the Chief Marketing Technology Officer ( IT Group).
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversight of JLL’s public websites, microsites and related channels.
  • Partner with our regional and local digital and marketing teams to enable their continued expansion
  • Lead the strategic initiatives on the web transformation
  • Coordinate the planning of global content campaigns and content updates
  • Drive alignment to our global strategies and action plans
  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives including search, display and metrics reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating proposals, drafting creative briefs and strategies, managing liverables and adhering to the budget
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, success metrics and KPIs
  • Work with our branding team to adopt new visual, message and digital functions for the web, integrate new messaging and campaigns
  • Partner with our global IT group on overall web infrastructure and CMS
  • Deliver insights on emerging trends and digital/social strategies
  • Uses digital to enhance the web users’ experience, leading to greater acquisition and retention of customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • University level educated
  • Specialization in marketing, communications, preferred
  • Proven and well established experience in digital marketing, with B2B and professional service experience preferred
  • Experience executing long-term digital marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms
  • Enterprise CMS experience, SEO, SEM, display advertising, mobile platforms
  • Strong writing skills, campaign planning and execution experience.
  • Experience working with content amplification networks a plus.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics
  • Marketing automation platform experience working with Eloqua Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot or similar
  • Experience working with outside agencies and vendors
