Senior Vice President - Smart Building Program Management

Position Summary:
SUMMARY
Senior level position in JLL’s Smart Building program requiring extensive experience in the intelligent building industry. This role will be responsible for directing JLL’s smart building strategy, leveraging leading edge technology solutions for energy management, more efficient use of space, and data-driven operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include directing the smart building solutions development program, technology strategy, consulting, project oversight, and contributing to the expansion of the Smart Building program. Extensive interaction with clients at a senior level. Engineering or IT background, preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Support new business development for Smart Building Program; includes client meetings, pitches, proposal development, etc.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Work with Program Director to support expansion of the Smart Building program for JLL globally.
CONSULTING
- Participate in client visioning sessions.
- Contribute to master plan.
- Direct overall Smart Building strategy and approach, while aligning efforts with other JLL service lines for a holistic offering
PROJECT OVERSIGHT
- Responsible for overseeing successful delivery of Smart Building projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College degree or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience

- Sales &/or business development skills
- Public speaking
PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS / CONDITIONS
- Work from home office or local JLL office
- Travel required: Approximately 30% - 40%
