HR Process Analyst

Position Summary:

OBJECTIVE         
One of the world’s largest real estate and property firms are looking to modernize and update current ways of executing HR and Finance across the globe. The goal is to the get more data, insights and effectiveness out of HR and Finance across all 80 markets and across 65,000 employees.
 
SCOPE  
The scope of the program will be through a system enabled transformation - improve HR processes, create an effective HR organization and provide the business with real data and insights. The broad scope covers HR systems, HR Processes, Target Operating Models (including Shared Services) and Change Management to embed the new ways of working.
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The AIM 2020 process team is accountable for creating a coherent, global and scalable HR Process framework that will help to transform JLL’s HR function.
 
In your capacity as Process Analyst reporting to the Regional Process Lead you will be responsible for activities including:

  • Crafting process maps which outline steps, interdependencies, technology intersections and responsibilities for HR processes, covering the full HR lifecycle, including talent, reward and HR operations.
  • Help to identify operational HR process requirements tied to the region that you support.
  • Ensure that country process localizations are accurately investigated and documented.
  • Work with PWC, third party Vendors and members of the AIM 2020 Program team as appropriate.
  • Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Support the delivery of key program phases and activities such as UAT, Training, Business Readiness and Post go live support.
  • Helping to develop training courses, workshops, methods and knowledge management materials to support process management
  • Providing training to users of the new processes
 
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience           
  • Knowledge of business process mapping, re-engineering and organizational context.
  • Demonstrated ability to be hands on, flexible and resilient.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to liaise with both technical support teams, HR and business users.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
