Position Summary:
OBJECTIVE
One of the world’s largest real estate and property firms are looking to modernize and update current ways of executing HR and Finance across the globe. The goal is to the get more data, insights and effectiveness out of HR and Finance across all 80 markets and across 65,000 employees.
SCOPE
The scope of the program will be through a system enabled transformation - improve HR processes, create an effective HR organization and provide the business with real data and insights. The broad scope covers HR systems, HR Processes, Target Operating Models (including Shared Services) and Change Management to embed the new ways of working.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The AIM 2020 process team is accountable for creating a coherent, global and scalable HR Process framework that will help to transform JLL’s HR function.
As the Regional Process Lead reporting to the Global Process Lead you will be responsible for working closely with the Regional Lead to deliver the program (i.e., APAC, EMEA, Americas).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supporting the Global Process Lead to define best in class and globally consistent HR processes, covering the full HR lifecycle, including talent, reward and HR operations.
- Supporting the Global Process Lead to develop a Global Process Owner framework, working closely with regional HR stakeholders to ensure that regional responsibilities are defined and understood.
- Execute approaches for Process design, Process localizations and Integrations with other systems including Finance.
- Manage strategic and operational HR process requirements tied to the region that you support.
- Working in partnership with the Regional Lead to ensure that stakeholders are appropriately informed and engaged.
- Work with PWC and third party Vendors as appropriate.
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of key program phases and activities such as UAT, Training, Business Readiness and Post go live support.
- Be the Global SME for Talent, Reward or HR Operations. As the SME for one of these process vertical you will work closely with the Global Process Lead to design leading practice processes while ensuring that these are understood and deployed by your fellow Regional Process Leads in a uniformed way.
- Helping to develop training courses, workshops and methods to support process management
- Responsible for Knowledge management materials for relevant process areas and regional differentiators – linking in with the HR Operations
- Providing training and support to HR and users of new processes and tools
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant and applicable HR process experience
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of business process mapping, re-engineering and organizational context
- Demonstrated ability to be hands on, flexible and resilient.
- Demonstrated experience building strong relationships in a regional environment with the ability to engage and influence leaders at senior levels.
- An initiator who is adept at proposing, designing, analyzing and implementing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering HR process transformations within a corporate or professional services organization.
