Position Summary:
Currently, we are seeking an Analyst to join our Strategic Consulting team to help our team successfully complete engagements for occupier clients in the following areas:
Portfolio Strategy Development
Location Advisory
Merger and Acquisition Strategy
Financial Engineering Structuring support and complex analytics
Alternative Workplace Strategy
Corporate Real Estate Organizational Strategy & Six Sigma Process Design
Responsibilities
Review and analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data, legal documents and other materials as part of project due diligence process
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables
Perform qualitative and quantitative financial analyses including development of pro forma financials on pre-tax, after-tax, net present value cash flow and book bases
Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client
Assist in preparation of marketing proposals for new or follow on engagements
Assist leadership team with various thought leadership initiatives through research and presentation development of cutting edge real estate trends
Look for ways to maximize team performance and drive thoughtful collaboration
Qualifications
B.A./B.S. required – Real Estate, Finance or Accounting Majors Preferred
Interest in real estate
1-2 years of related work experience - real estate, project execution or consulting experience is highly desirable
Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in financial modeling
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and a team player
Strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity and experience using, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
High level of customer service skills and professionalism required
