JLL, a professional services firm, has an immediate opening for a Client Support Coordinator to support our ATG clients in customer service and training. This position is located in Lombard, IL.
Responsibilities include:
Providing both web-based and on-site training to clients in the use of our Solutions
Providing client support and technical assistance for web-based solutions and mobile devices
Completing data configuration of our Enterprise Solutions for new and existing clients
Interacting with our business development and project management staff on client-related matters
Developing technical documentation and beta testing our software applications
Developing and maintaining knowledge of our Enterprise Solutions
Requirements - The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
2 year college degree
Minimum 2 years client support experience, preferably in a technical environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player, quick learner, detail-oriented, well organized, and have strong problem solving/analytical skills
Prior experience with web-based delivery of training and/or Technical Support role is a plus
